Uploading documents to Projects site:

  1.  Go to https://admin.ashanet.org/login
  2. Use your wiki username and password to login.
  3. On the left panel, click on Projects, and then put your project name in the search.
  4. Select that project and under “Available actions” click on upload doc.

Steps to create a Check Request in Central DB:

  1. Go to the “Asha Seattle Project Funds Disbursal Center” Page
  2.  Enter username and password (contact seattle.projects@ashanet.org for login details)
  3.  You will land on the page “Asha Project Funds Disbursal Center”
  4.  Click on the link under Actions: “Add a New Checklist”
  5. Then from the drop-down that says “Choose a project to add a new checklist”, please select your project
  6.  Is your project in the drop-down “Choose a Project to add a new checklist”?
  7. If YES, follow the instructions for “Create New Checklist
  8. If NO, follow the instructions to “Add Project Funding Details” and then go back to “Create New Checklist

Create New Checklist

  1. Click on the button “Create New Checklist and Details”
  2. Fill out the details of your project:
  3. Disbursement Details such as Amount, Link to the funding proposal
  4. Chapter Approval Details such as the link to the approval minutes; Date of  Chapter Approval Details such as the link to the approval minutes; Date of chapter vote, Number of Yes Votes, Number of No Votes, Number of Abstains
  5. Site Visit Details such as Link to the Site visit report
  6. Contact Information
  7. Banking Information
  8. Other Information such as number of children supported
  9. Once you have filled out the form in as much detail as possible, click on “Submit Checklist
  10. Once you click on “Submit Checklist” you have officially put in a Check Request.
  11. Next steps are for the Project Coordinator to approve the check request and the Treasury to approve and send the check to the project.

Add Project Funding Details/Upload FCRA Document

  1. Go to the “Asha Seattle Project Funds Disbursal Center” Page
  2. Select the link “Add Project Funding Details/Upload FCRA Document” under Actions
  3. It will bring you to the “Upload FCRA Document”
  4. Before you enter the FCRA number, make sure your project is in the drop-down
  5. “Choose a project to add the FCRA document”.
  6.  If your project is in that dropdown then follow the steps below to Upload FCRA Document
  7. If it is not, then select the drop-down “Choose a project to add funding details” first and follow the instructions for Add Project Funding Details

Add Project Funding Details

  1. Go to the “Asha Seattle Project Funds Disbursal Center” Page
  2. Select the link “Add Project Funding Details/Upload FCRA Document” under Actions
  3. It will bring you to the “Upload FCRA Document”
  4. If your project is already listed in the drop-down, you can skip the steps below and continue with Upload FCRA document.
  5. If not, then select the drop-down “Choose a project to add funding details” first.
    1. Select your project from the drop-down
    2. Click on the button “Add Project Funding Details”
    3. It will bring you to the page “Add Project funding Details’ where you can add all the details of the project and then click on “Add Project Details”
    4. Now that you have added all the project funding details, go back to the “Upload FCRA Document” page and fill out the FCRA information as mentioned below.

Upload FCRA Document

  1. Go to the “Asha Seattle Project Funds Disbursal Center” Page
  2. Select the link “Add Project Funding Details/Upload FCRA Document” under Actions
  3. It will bring you to the “Upload FCRA Document”
  4. Before you enter the FCRA number, make sure your project is in the drop-down
  5. “Choose a project to add the FCRA document”
  6. If your project is in that dropdown then follow these steps:
    1. Enter the 9-digit FCRA Number in the box provided on the form
    2. Select your project from the drop-down “Choose a project to add the FCRA
    3. Then click on the button “Upload FCRA Document”
  7. If your project is not listed in that drop down, follow the steps to Add Project Funding Details and then upload FCRA document.
