Climbing Higher, Lifting Others: My Journey to Mount Adams for Education
This February, I discovered something beautiful: two of my deepest passions could unite for a greater purpose. My love for the Pacific Northwest wilderness and my desire to make a meaningful difference in children’s lives have converged into an incredible journey.
I’m training to summit Mount Adams—Washington’s second-highest peak at 12,281 feet—not just for the personal challenge, but as part of Climb with Asha 2025. Every step I take up that mountain will represent a step toward brighter futures for underprivileged children in India.
The Connection Between Mountains and Dreams
As I push my limits on challenging trails, building the strength and endurance needed for this climb, I think about the children whose dreams we’re helping to reach. Just as I’m working to conquer new heights, these kids are striving to overcome barriers that poverty has placed in their path to education.
The beauty of this mission is simple: your support helps us both reach our summits.

Your Role in This Climb
Whether you contribute $10 or $100, you’re not just supporting a hiker—you’re investing in a child’s future. You’re providing textbooks, school supplies, teacher training, and hope to communities that need it most. Every donation, regardless of size, brings us closer to our dual summit: reaching the top of Mount Adams and reaching the hearts of children who deserve every opportunity to learn and grow.
