Hi, my name is Sachin Anil. I have always loved biking, in fact, I have loved sports in general. Before this, I had done just a measly 4 miles to and from school. Never would I have imagined that I would conquer a mammoth 200-mile ride from Seattle to Portland. To practice for this amazing event I have spent several days training, riding through scenic river trails with amazing people to guide and support me along my journey.
I also wanted to recognize the amazing group I am riding with called “Asha for Education”. This is a non-profit organization dedicated to bettering the lives of students whose families are in poverty. Asha has touched the lives of thousands of children and their families, and with help from you and others, we can create a safe environment for all the underprivileged communities of India.
I ask you all to sponsor my STP ride for Asha. Every donation helps, and I hope with these I will be able to help at least one person. My goal is 500 dollars in donations, and your help would be greatly appreciated. Five hundred dollars may not seem like much, but if it even helps one person I think it is worth it.
